Connect the form you want to collect email addresses from

After logging into Plumber.gov.sg
Click "Template" on the left or "Use a template" on the homepage
Click "Update mailing lists"
Click "Use template" on the top right
Click "New form response"
Click "Connect" at the right
Under "Choose connection", click the dropdown
Click "+ Add new form"
Under "Form URL", paste the form link that you wish to connect to
Under "Form Secret Key", paste the form's secret key
Click "Connect"
A message "Your form is connected successfully." will be shown
Click "Save and continue"
Under "1. New form response", a green dot will appear as an indication that the form has been connected successfully.

There will be 2 branches for you to configure in this use case.

Click on "3. Condition" under "Officer has signed up mailing lists"
Click "Check step"
A green box would appear stating "Based on your sample data, it meets the conditions that you have set up and your pipe would have continued."
Click on "4. Create Row"
Delete all the 3 dotted line variables
Click on the empty field
Insert the corresponding variables
For "Email" under "New row data", click on the email response from the drop down (see screenshot)

For "Name" under "New row data", click on the name response from the drop down/
For "Mobile number" under "New row data", click on the mobile number response from the drop down.
Click "Check step"
Click on "5. Condition" under "Officer has signed up for the mailing list".
Click "Check step".
A yellow box would appear stating "Based on your sample data, it meets the conditions that you have set up and your pipe would not have continued."
Delete all the 2 dotted line variables
Replace them with the corresponding variables.
Click "Check step"
A green box would appear stating "updated, false".
Done! Click "Publish" at the top right and send a submission through your form to experience the flow.
