September 2026
Use "If" anywhere in your pipe If blocks are no longer restricted to the last step. Add one in the middle and the steps after it still run. Works in Multi-Respondent Form pipes too. The logic blocks have also been renamed for clarity: If-then is now If, and For each is now Repeat for each item. Guide
Formatter: Compare or calculate dates Compare two dates, check whether they're within a certain gap, or calculate the difference in days, weeks, months or years. Useful for working out age from a date of birth. Guide
Ownself Gather: attachments and more field types Add or replace attachments on a case, and map FormSG answers into Dropdown, Checkbox and Radio Button fields, not just text fields. Guide
AI Builder configures your pipe end to end The AI Builder now connects your FormSG form, fills in each step's settings, creates a Tile if you need one, and answers "how do I do X" questions in chat. It can't yet troubleshoot an existing pipe or build Multi-Respondent Form pipes. Try it
Pair actions open to all users Pair was in beta since June and is now available to everyone. Guide
Connections page improvements You can now edit an existing connection's details for supported apps, and see when each connection was last updated.
Leave a pipe you've been added to Editors and viewers can now remove themselves from a pipe without asking the owner.
August 2026
Autofill for multi-row fields Table-style fields (several rows and columns, for example Case fields in Ownself Gather) can now be filled in one go from data already in your pipe, instead of mapping each cell by hand.
Ownself Gather trigger fires for email-created cases The "New instant workflow" trigger now runs for cases created by email, not only cases created inside Ownself Gather.
SMS by Postman retries automatically If an SMS fails to send because of a temporary network issue, Plumber retries it for you.
Execution history archived after 90 days Pipe runs older than 90 days are archived and no longer shown on the Executions page.
July 2026
Email by Postman: bigger attachments, more file types Attachments can now be up to 20MB, and more file types are accepted, including .svg and .ics calendar files. Guide
Ownself Gather: pull attachments from a case Get case details now includes the case's attachments, so a later step can forward or process them.
Pair Process image: longer instructions The "What to look for" field is no longer limited to 128 characters, so you can describe exactly what to extract.
June 2026
Pair actions (beta) Two new AI actions: Use Pair to summarise, categorise or extract from text, and Process image to read an image or PDF attachment. Opened to beta users first, then to everyone in September. Guide
M365 Excel: Find multiple table rows Pull up to 500 matching rows from an Excel table, filtering on up to three columns at once. Use it with Repeat for each item to act on every match. Guide
FormSG v4 forms supported Plumber now reads submissions from forms on FormSG's newer v4 schema. No action needed on your side.
Preview an email without running Check step The Email by Postman step shows a live preview of your email as you build it.

Ownself Gather integration open to all users Create, update, tag and read cases from any pipe. Guide
Faster pipe ownership transfers Support can now transfer a pipe to a new owner in a few minutes instead of a manual database change. Write to us with the pipe name and the new owner's email.
Fixes Multi-Respondent Form pipes: MyInfo variables, date formatting and step renaming. Collaboration: editors and viewers regaining access to shared pipes and Tiles. M365 Excel: Check step failing on some tables. Postman: table rows now render correctly in test results.
